Assisted Death and Women Ep 2: A Story of Control

In Westminster this week MPs heard from a series of invited witnesses that - in their opinion - there was no risk of women with anorexia being given assisted death. But we know different. At least 60 people have been given assisted death where an eating disorder is their primary qualifying condition. That includes in 3 states in the US where assisted death is only for the ‘terminally ill’. Oh and all those who died were women.

The reason we know any of this is because of two women, working on a unfunded review to try to find the (hidden) stories. Chelsea Roff is joined by her co author Dr Catherine Cook Cottone to discuss their truly shocking findings with Fiona Mackenzie.

And boy do you need to see what’s been happening in parliament this week.
